CSG has selected Michael Arcieri for the role of General Manager of Pallacanestro Trieste
Michael Arcieri was born in New York on 27 October 1964. He has behind him a long militancy in various NBA franchises: after joining the staff of the New Jersey Nets, where he served as a scout from 1991 to 1993, Mike gained experience in Dallas, New York, Orlando and then returned to the Knicks until 2021, when he signed with Varese Basketball to serve as General Manager.
Arcieri arrives in Trieste also bringing with him the LBA Oscar as best General Manager of the Serie A for the current season.
The process formally began in April and included a thorough assessment of candidates from Europe and the US, carried out by the full CSG team.

Michael Arcieri è nato a New York il 27 ottobre 1964 da padre italo-americano e madre italiana. Arcieri ha alle spalle una lunga militanza in diverse franchigie NBA: dopo essere entrato a far parte dello staff dei New Jersey Nets, dove tra il 1991 e il 1993 ha ricoperto il ruolo di scout, Mike fa esperienza a Dallas, New York, Orlando per poi tornare ai Knicks, dove ha avuto un ruolo da dirigente fino al 2021, quando ha firmato con la Pallacanestro Varese per ricoprire il ruolo di General Manager. Arcieri arriva a Trieste portando anche in dote l'oscar LBA come miglior dirigente della Serie A per la stagione in corso.
Per la Pallacanestro Trieste, il processo di scelta del nuovo GM è iniziato formalmente lo scorso aprile, e ha previsto un'accurata valutazione di candidati provenienti da Europa e Stati Uniti, condotta dal team di CSG al completo.
